Exchange/Return/Refund Policy

At Bin Humayl, we take pride in the quality of our premium perfumes and fragrances. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Refunds Overview

Due to the nature of fragrance products (hygiene and safety reasons), we have a limited exchange,  return and refund policy. We accept returns and process refunds only under specific conditions outlined below.


2. Conditions for Returns & Refunds

2.1 Unopened & Unused Products

You may return unopened, unused, and undamaged perfume products within 7 days of delivery for a return & refund. The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.

2.2 Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery. We will require:

  • Video of unboxing (compulsory)
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Order number and product details

Once verified, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. Shipping cost will be applied.

2.3 Wrong Product Received

If you received a different product than what you ordered, please get in touch immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you and cover all return shipping costs.


3. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles (hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or Clearance Items (final sale)
  • Surprised & Gifts Card
  • Sample vials or discovery sets (if opened or used)
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Products without original packaging
 

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at bin.humayl@gmail.com with your order number
  • Provide videos & photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
  • Wait for our return approval confirmation
  • Ship the product back to us (if required)
4.2 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will receive a confirmation email within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive a notification once the refund is completed
4.3 Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, contact us at bin.humayl@gmail.com.

We do not offer exchanges for a change of mind or ordering the wrong fragrance. Please use our sample/discovery sets before purchasing full-sized bottles.


6. Cancellations

6.1 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. To cancel an order:

  • Email us at bin.humayl@gmail.com immediately
  • Include your order number and cancellation request
  • Once cancelled, you will receive a full refund (if you used an advance payment method) within 3-5 business days
6.2 After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow the return process after receiving the product.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take additional time to post)
  • Contact your bank (processing times vary)

9. International Orders (If Applicable)

For international orders, return & exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Customs duties, taxes, and import/export fees are non-refundable. Please check with your local customs office for more information.


10. Fragrance Allergy or Sensitivity

Due to the subjective nature of fragrances and individual body chemistry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal preference or allergic reactions. We recommend:

  • Testing our sample/discovery sets before purchasing full bottles
  • Testing the perfume on a small area of skin
  • Consult a physician if you have known fragrance allergies
