Due to the nature of fragrance products (hygiene and safety reasons), we have a limited exchange, return and refund policy. We accept returns and process refunds only under specific conditions outlined below.
You may return unopened, unused, and undamaged perfume products within 7 days of delivery for a return & refund. The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.
If your product arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery. We will require:
Once verified, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. Shipping cost will be applied.
If you received a different product than what you ordered, please get in touch immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you and cover all return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, contact us at bin.humayl@gmail.com.
We do not offer exchanges for a change of mind or ordering the wrong fragrance. Please use our sample/discovery sets before purchasing full-sized bottles.
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. To cancel an order:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow the return process after receiving the product.

For international orders, return & exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Customs duties, taxes, and import/export fees are non-refundable. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
